While I am all too familiar with my need to stim to music and alike, sometimes I find myself in more dangerous situations.

For example, I may accidentally run into the streets while listening to music or slam my head into a pillow (and miss and chip my tooth).

I just want to ask how to deal with that or at least if anyone relates. Thanks.
