Placing a malleable implant in a "flaccid" state
Is it possible to place a malleable implant not downwards, but upwards, along the abdomen? Everywhere they say to place it downwards, but when I had a healthy erection, I simply placed it upwards and used jeans to hold it in place if it became erect at the wrong time. Is this possible with an implant?
