Went for an annual physical. 30m. Live at 4600ft, work at 7000.

I started talking Vitamin D, K2, and a multivitamin with large amounts of B12 in it in the month before my physical.

Also started both more frequent and higher altitude exercise in the last month or so with some of the higher altitude hiking becoming available.

I’ve stopped all the vitamins since, also was a bit dehydrated before the blood draw.

My PCP scheduled another test. Guessing it’s nothing but what does the internet think?

Update: Ultrasound says I have 2 small cysts on right testicle. No concerning verbiage in the report.

I’ll still follow up with my doctor of course but I feel a lot better about the situation.

Waiting on ultrasound results(30M)

It all happened very fast. Called a random urology clinic about testicle pain that I’ve had for a week or so and they basically told me that the fastest way to get an ultrasound is to go to urgent care.

So I did. Urgent care at 11am, ultrasound at 4pm.

Tried to be nice to the tech, but didn’t ask questions I know she can’t answer.

Did notice her eyeball twitch a few times and a few hard swallows in the Adam’s apple which make me nervous but I’ve never been great at reading people.

Anyways that’s what’s going on.
