Hi all,

I'm stumped with this tiny house space. I want everything to flow together well, but it's difficult because the sitting area, kitchen, and exercise area are all in the same 11x12 room. I'm open to removing/replacing anything except for the exercise bike. I would also like to keep the dark wood door if there's a way to make it work stylistically. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated! How would you decorate this tiny house?
