how to get tretinoin without a prescription

Ive been seeing people use tret and azelaic acid combo for skin and ive been wanting to try it but i am aware that u cant get tret without a prescription in sg. I am wondering if there was other ways like getting from a supplier that doesnt care abt having a prescription or do i need to get it overseas.

someone pls help me

My left eye has had this bump underneath the eye since somewhere around last year. Ive gone to the eye doctor and all they did was tell me to do warm compresses and take antibiotics daily. It's been quite awhile(6weeks?) but it hasn't gotten any better. Has anyone gone thru smt similar, plsss help me out.
