Bumps on cheeks

My skin is getting SOO BAD. especially my cheek area as it has bumps which is non itchy and it’s all over my cheeks (nearer to my jawline)..

My skincare routine is:

AM:
BOJ plum cleanser
INNISFREE vitamin C moisturizer
BOJ aqua sunscreen

PM:
Skin1004 pink cleanser
innisfree vitamin C moisturizer

sometimes i use BOJ red bean clay mask and torriden vitamin C toner pad

i’ve tried so many other products before and the bumps don’t disappear completely… its always there and comes back. Is there anything i can do about it.. natural remedies or what so ever

tricky acne situation

been suffering from this acne for 2 years now
tried all sorts of things from benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, differin, azelaic acid, seen a derm but nothing seems to be working very well

benzoyl peroxide, SA burns my skin and makes it so dry that moisturiser couldnt even save

azelaic acid broke me out with many cystic acne (idt its purging) and i tried and tested this twice so i can kind of confirm it doesnt work on me

i dont breakout on my forehead at all. all my acne are only on my cheeks :(

Current skincare routine: im using cetaphil cleanser, banila co cleansing balm, Dr’s prescription (dk what are the ingredients inside but it seems to be working a little but not much), and also just changed sunscreen from BOJ aqua to anessa milk(used before, did not worsen my acne hence im changing back to it)

Skin type: very very oily + dry

not sure if Boj was breaking me out but i felt my skin was rly oily so i decided to change back

WHAT SHOULD I DO😭

Why does my skin look dull and dry even tho I drink a lot of water?

I have been trying to fix my skin by drinking more water. Like i am hitting my daily goals, carrying a bottle everywhere, all that.

But my skin still looks tired. No glow, kinda dull, and feels rough in certain spots no matter what i do. Its not dehydrated in the usual way either, just off.

At this point im wondering if water even makes a difference for skin or if i am missing something else in my routine.

What actually helps you get that healthy look back?

Stubborn redness on face

I would like my tenants to move out immediately as they have lived rent free on my face for about 1-2 months! It’s mostly redness without any pain or itch

My usual routine is:

Morning - Toner from pyungkang yul, Moisturizer from cetaphil and sunscreen (sometimes)

Night - Toner and Moisturizer

What can i possibly do to resolve this issue? I know salicylic acid can help but I’m not really sure which product I should get

Personally I have a dry yet oily(?) and sensitive skin so I would love to know if there are other products better suited for me, thanks!!

How to manage rosacea?

Ive been having skin like this for 16 years. Few years ago diagnosed with acne rosacea.

Routine is biore men acne skincare + cerave hydrating clenser

Both day and night.

Occasionally i use biore double acne control if i get flare ups or feel an intense level of oil buildup.

I want to achieve clear skin with no redness but i dont know how. Tried many products but most of it triggers my rosacea due to sg’s humid weather causing it to feel sticky and cloggy almost immediately. Appreciate all your help .

CeraVe vs Ultra Repair Cream for dry sensitive skin. Which do you reach for very dry , sensitive skin?

I have been seeing a lot of discussions here about CeraVe vs other barrier creams for really dry or sensitive skin, and I feel like ingredient differences don’t get talked about enough in a real way. In First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream, one of the key ingredients is colloidal oatmeal, which is often used in skincare for irritated or reactive skin because it helps calm that uncomfortable, stressed skin feeling and supports the skin barrier. It’s also combined with richer moisturizing ingredients, so it tends to feel more instantly soothing, especially when your skin feels tight or inflamed. CeraVe, on the other hand, is more focused on ceramides and barrier rebuilding over time, which is also really nice just a different approach. One isn’t necessarily better, it’s more about what your skin needs at that moment.

From what I have seen, Ultra Repair Cream is often chosen by people with very dry or sensitive skin who want something that feels immediately comforting, especially during winter or when their skin barrier is compromised.

Curious what people here actually reach for day to day something that feels instantly soothing, or something more long term repair focused?

[Routine Help] Honest sensitive skin review. The skincare brands & ingredients that help

Having sensitive skin feels like a personal betrayal like everyone’s raving about their new holy grail and you try it only to end up with a face that's somehow oily, flaking and stinging all at the same time. It’s exhausting. A lot of us just keep layering on more hydration, but the real secret isn't more moisture it's protecting your skin barrier. If you’re over doing it with heavy fragrances, essential oils, orviral actives, your skin is basically screaming for a break. If you're tired of the trial and error, here’s how to actually keep your skin chill. Look for the Barrier Builders Instead of flashy ingredients, look for the quiet heroes that actually do the work, colloidal oatmeal, ceramides, squalane, and glycerin. These don't just sit on top of your skin;they help it heal so it can hold onto moisture on its own.

Stop Chasing Vira Trends, just because everyone on TikTok is obsessed with snail mucin doesn't mean your skin will be. Sensitive skin is super personal. If a product is "trending" but has 50 ingredients, it’s probably a gamble you don't need to take.

Dehydrated vs. Dry, if your skin feels great the second you put moisturizer on but feels tight again two hours later, you aren't just dry your barrier is compromised. You need to repair the seal, not just pour more water into a leaky bucket.

The One at a Time Rule,i know it’s tempting to overhaul your whole routine, but if you start five new things and break out, you’ll have no idea which one is the culprit. Slow and steady wins here.

what works foreal? brands that didn’t betray me

La Roche Posay: Great for that lightweight hydration that doesn't feel like a heavy mask.

First Aid Beauty: My go to forever for intense hydration and whenever my face is red, angry, or flaking. It just calms everything down, the ceramides and skin protectant colloidal oatmeal help a loot.

hard lessons learned

Trends aren't for everyone: Snail mucin gave me a great glow for about two days and then it clogged my pores like crazy, couldnt recover it for so long

The Two Hour Rule, If your skin feels amazing right after your routine but tight and thirsty again two hours later, you aren't just dry. Your barrier is likely damaged or dehydrated, and you're losing moisture through the cracks.

Stick to the Basics Instead of chasing the latest active ingredient, look for the quiet stabilizers, ceramides, colloidal oatmeal, glycerin, and cica.

Bottom line, your skin doesn't always need more it usually just needs gentler.

red hard bumps on back

Hi all, I have these red bumps on my back, initially i thought they were pimples but they could not be squeezed and they werent going away. The red bumps would sometimes hurt as well.

They appeared after I got this tattoo in Bali last December, not sure if it’s because the studio wasn’t clean? Does anyone know what these are? Would love to get it checked asap as more and more kept popping up

I thought titanium watches would stop the issue

I get this frequently when I wear a watch. Not all the time. I tried titanium watches thinking they are supposed to be hypoallergenic, but this still occurs. Any tips? I still want to wear a watch.

Small bumps after threading!

Hello everyone! Two weeks ago I decided to thread my face and since then I have had some breakouts that I normally don’t have since getting on accurate some years ago. The inflamed spots have subsided, but I have been left with these skin coloured bumps that are for sure not whiteheads. I’m starting to think that it is some form of folliculitis.

I’m using a cleanser for sensitive skin from Thank you Farmer and 2-3 days a week salicylic acid 2% but I don’t think it has helped.

Has anyone got a similar experience? And if yes, what has helped?
