I’ve been experiencing recurring acne followed with red marks even when I don’t touch or burst them.. This has been ongoing for a few years now and I’m not sure what to do. I have tried the usual skincare, cleanser , niacinamide but it just keeps coming back
Will also be very grateful for any recommendations on dermatologists in SG!!

I had an acne flare up at the start of the year and these red spots have been left behind after the acne have healed. I was mindful not to touch my face and did not burst any pimple but the redness was still left behind . I’ve read that these could be PIE and I have tried niacinamide but it’s not really doing much
