Hi everyone! I’m looking for some skincare advice. I’d like to reduce blackheads and the appearance of my pores, especially around my nose and T-zone.

I already wear emollient cream and sunscreen every day and I make sure to cleanse my skin properly, but I also have psoriasis, so I have to be really careful with what I use. I can’t use physical scrubs or harsh/aggressive products because they tend to irritate my skin.

What gentle products or ingredients would you recommend for dealing with blackheads and visible pores while being suitable for sensitive, psoriasis-prone skin?

I’d especially appreciate recommendations for gentle exfoliating ingredients or products that won’t wreck my skin barrier.
