What service would help with evening out my eyebrows?

I don't fill my eyebrows in, never laminated or microbladed. One is a bit more round and one is higher, longer. I heard Botox helps. I have been told not to microbladed them. Does anyone have experience with getting Botox and did it help? Is there such a thing as "spot" microblading as I don't think or want a full on microblading experience- I just want a bit to even them out.

Does anyone know what the modern equivalent of this would be?

This is my favorite lip product and I’ve been on the hunt for a “modern” version of it. This is very sheer, slightly shiny and gives that “I just ate a cherry popsicle” kind of look. I’ve tried lip oils and glosses that just feel sticky and waxy to me. Does anyone know what product would be most similar to baby lips?

I get some thick, dark, ingrown nipple hairs. Would electrolysis work and make sense..?

Surely it’s not so bad to get electrolysis if it’s just a few hairs?

Black box dye

So my hair hasn’t been coloured at all for at least 5 years and it is naturally a mousy brown colour. I am box dying it black tomorrow and have heard that sometimes it’s best to dye it red first for some reason?
Wanting to know if that’s necessary given my natural state or not.
(Pls don’t come at me for black box due, I have thought about it, am fine with growing it out when I’m over it and simply cannot afford hundreds of dollars at the hair salon). I have box dyed my hair multiple times over the years but I’ve had a lot of cuts and time between so it is quite healthy already.

I also need to colour my brows to match, any advice for that? I am going to pick up a brow colour kit but have seen people apply Vaseline around but I’m not sure why.

Have both ears pierced with diamonds for a mature man

Hi. I am a man (48 years old), dentist, with a rather classic style (shirt, blazer, dress pants, tassel loafers). And for a long time, I would like to have both ears pierced with real diamonds (identical whose worn by women). My wife encourages me, she finds it refined and sexy, and quite feminine. But I am a bit stressed because I know that everyone (my patients and colleagues) will be very surprised to see me with both ears pierced with shinny and feminine diamonds. How will I be perceived ? THANK YOU very much for your advice.

Does anyone else get chin hairs like this?

I get some sparse chin hair and that's not the issue. The issue is the color. You see the gray vs the brown in the photo? The gray is actually mid-shaft to the end of hair. The brown is the newest growth to bulb. This is a chin hair that every time it grows in, it grows in silver and then turns brown as it grows more. Over and over again. Not really concerned with the hairs themselves, rather the weird color situation going on. Anyone else have that?

Girlssss, what do you use to *trim* pubic hair (NOT shave bald)?

I've heard girls rave about Phillips OneBlade, but they use it for a bald shave, not for the 3mm trim.

Help finding my everyday “your lips but better” lip liner

Hi guys! I'm desperate to find my perfect everyday nude lip liner.
I'm looking for a pinky brown beige that gives that subtle "lip filler pout" look. I'm pretty pale and I think I'm neutral leaning more cool. My problem is that almost every liner either pulls too orange or too purple/mauve, and neither is what I'm after.
Here's what I've tried:

Makeup Forever Wherever Walnut & Anywhere Caffeine - absolutely not, looked like spaghetti sauce

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk – too orange

Pillow Talk Fair – too light

Makeup by Mario Smokey Pink – beautiful, but pulls a little purple

Charlotte Tilbury Iconic Nude – close, but too dark

Makeup by Mario Toasty – great, but turns warm if I slightly overline

Sephora Collection Perfect Beige – probably the closest! I just wish it had a little more pink.

Kylie Comes Naturally – pulls purple

Rhode Lift - a little too pink

Sephora Collection Soft Suede - too mauve

Sephora Collection Pink Frosting – I use it as a base under warmer liners to cancel out the orange, and it helps, but I'd love to find one liner that doesn't need any tweaking.

I know cooler toned liners usually have some purple in them, but my lips are naturally pretty pink, so mauve shades don't look right on me. Am I being too picky? 😭 Does anyone have recommendations for that perfect pinky brown beige nude?

Why is my hair so dry 😭

A little backstory- I’m 13 months post partum so my hair has been a little off since (my hair girl says I’m having a lot of regrowth). I try everything I can to keep my hair healthy— moisture shampoo/conditioner, redken color extend magnetics shampoo,
Marc Anthony leave in, it’s a
10 leave in conditioner, k18, hair oils, etc (all name brand), silk pillow case, only wash every 3 days. I’ve done so much research on keeping my hair healthy and it just looks brittle and blah. I get blonde highlights every 4ish months. What is going on?! I try to stay away from protein products, only every once in a while. I eat plenty of protein though. Oh and I only use heat about once a week but I always use heat protectant!

How do I recreate this bridesmaid look?

I know that the makeup artist did half lashes on everyone and baked under the eyes and under the cheeks. She also carved out the brows (I personally don’t know how to do that without making it cakey) and somehow made the eyes, cheeks, and lips pop without it overwhelming the face. I sadly don’t know what items she used 😭. Would love any advice or ideas on how to recreate!

which hair oil is better for silky shiny hair?

I really want to get soft and shiny hair and was recommended both. Madison Beer uses the virtue oil and she has amazing hair but I have also seen some great reviews on the Kerastase (which is also cheaper).

If u know the drugstore dupe for either, especially the virtue oil, pls LMK!!!

PSA - Do not use acne stickers after getting a spray tan

This was after waiting the recommended number of hours they told me before showering. I rinsed until the water ran clear, and only used the tan-extending lotion from the salon (I wasn’t sure if I could use any skincare products so I withdrew them for the night). However I had two bad pimples on my forehead that I didn’t want the lotion to exacerbate so I put a hydrocolloid patch on each. When I took them off the areas were lighter than the rest of my face…

To the girlies who have smooth arm hair... how?

I've been shaving or waxing my arm hair since I was a teenager. I'm mediterranean, so I've always naturally had darker and thicker hair. Recently, I managed to stick to only waxing, however I've noticed that it keeps irritating my skin, and that the hairs come out so dark and prickly. I have decided that I'll stop waxing and shaving my arms and hope that it eventually grow to be finer and smoother. I'm on week 3 at the moment and my hair is still dark and thick, which makes me incredibly self conscious. Are there any ways I can make my arm hair appear less dark and finer without irritating my skin? Thank you in advance :)

What is your favourite beauty brand and why?

I was just wondering why people choose certain brands and trust them. There are so many to choose from. I'd say I love Maybelline for their mascara and concealer. I used to love Too faced eye palettes but now I have about 5 with loads of colours unused ! Do most people buy from a mixture of brands ?

Update on my search for better lip balm

A week or two ago, I asked for recs on better lip balm than Aquaphor because it doesn’t stay on and I got tired of reapplying it. After receiving nearly hundred generous responses, I bought a few and they ALL last longer than Aquaphor!

Here’s what I landed on:

C.O. Bigelow My Favorite Night Balm - holy moly this actually lasts all night. I wear it every night now.

Burt’s Bees Renewing Lip Treatment - this one I keep in the bathroom to throw on in the morning.

Lanolips Lanostick - Lanolips was noticeably the most recommended, but most Lanolips products look like you have to apply with a finger, which is messy to me and I’ll only use a stick. The stick is a bit soft, so I just have to be careful with it, and it’s long lasting. I keep this one in my purse.

Tree Hut lip balm - also love this one, in watermelon scent.

I hope this helps someone else!

How do people have a distinct scent 24/7?

I was washing my dad's clothes and I realized before and after I washed them they smelled the exact same, like strong colone. I love smelling good, whenever I leave the house I spray a crap ton of perfume on me and sometimes use a lotion with the same scent to make it last longer. It never works, I stop smelling good within 30 minutes and just smell like nothing. I shower basically daily, of course use deodorant, I have perfectly normal hygiene.

How do people have such strong distinct scents that linger on everything? I know my dad doesn't do any special skincare or anything, maybe just applies lotion a couple times a day but even that lotion doesn't have the scent that stays on him. Is it because you have to find a certain scent that's best for you? I love the smell of citrus and coconut so that's what I normally use. Is there any tricks to keep the smell strong and long-lasting?
