Early 30s f here. I've been considering ultherapy alot recently as I feel like my cheeks are starting to sag and my naso folds are getting deeper. I've had it done once a few years back in Korea and I remember paying about 1k for 500 shots. But the price is currently double and it's ulthera prime now?

Has anyone had any successful stories with ulthera? Do let me know anything you know about this pls. Or is there other procedures you'd recommend?

(I'm not keen with fillers)

Edit: Went around online and saw tiktok doctors (lol) saying NOT to get hifu/RF due to the risks and long term effects. What's your take on this? I'm in such a dilemma
