I have started Reta about a month ago, I just started a 3mg dose. I have the appetite suppression and the reduced food noise from it but I don’t seem to be losing any weight. I was 205 with a goal of reaching 170. I lost 7 lb since I started and I never lost more or gained more, but I looks like I lost weight and my clothes are fitting better than before where my belly would stick out I workout 3-5 times a week and I’m on a calorie deficit. I keep my protein intake at least 160g a day. Am I doing something wrong here?
