Has anyone had experience with fat pockets ONLY near the upper inner arm and within the armpit, and had success with just lipo and no arm lift? I would really prefer to not have the arm lift scars, but one of my underarms is very puffy and the one surgeon I’ve consulted with said it’s probably not a good candidate for lipo, and suggested a mini arm lift. Will be getting more opinions, but would love to hear from people who have experienced this. 26F. TIA!
