Posting this here to hopefully get this little guy to a good home. Saw this at Tickle Blagg animal hospital. Not sure about his habits with other cats, dogs, and children, but you could call to ask! we love tickle blagg and have taken our animals there for years now. Someone help out this wobbly little boy☺️

Is there a way to make an anonymous tip about the mistreatment of cats?

[UPDATE] I called animal control and they said there’s nothing they can do because cats are allowed to be outside?? They did say if there’s enough complaints they can do a welfare check? Is my complaint not enough?🫩
