Went bra shopping for the first time
As you read with the title, I went bra shopping for the first time ever. I went with my close friend who knows I’m trans. When we got there, they had just opened so only a few people were inside. I was absolutely terrified, I was so scared and nervous because I thought everyone would be judging me.
We got to the front counter and the 3 girls who were working there were all chatting and my friend asked if I could get fitted. At first I think they thought it was a joke but then they realised it wasn’t. So me my friend and the worker went into the back and I got fitted. I’m a 12A, and the worker was asking me what kind of bras I was looking for and what style, I was still a bit nervous so I just said something lacey maybe.
She took me around and showed me some lace bras in my size and I tried some on, found what fit well and then me and my friend kept shopping for a bit. After a while I stopped getting nervous and actually really enjoyed shopping around without feeling like everyone was watching and judging me. I picked out 3 really cute bras and we went to the front counter and the girl that helped fit me before was there and we were all chatting and she was so supportive and saying things like “I still remember my first time” or “these are really pretty” she made the experience 100 times better I love her so much❤️❤️
We finished up and I paid for them. Best day ever, so happy and I think it went well for the first time.
