Will they consider exam 2 marks , as they will be released before counseling

I got 83.25 in pcme and 85 in 1st phase.What marks should i get to get cse in mit blr.

And also will they consider exam 2 marks ,cuz i might get to band 9 and also cuz the results will be released before counseling
