Just fresh installed new drivers and this shows up in device manager. What is this, please? I’m fairly new to pc.

I just used amd cleanup and installed new drivers, but this popped up on windows update and downloaded this. What are these and do they conflict? I have automatic download manufacturers’ apps on no btw.
