Agent 47 decides to do something really funny and assassinate the president. On his first attempt he, of course, succeeds. But immediately afterwards each and every Secret Service member serving in The White House has their day reset back before the assassination attempt with all their memories of the previous attempt.
The president will NOT believe any of the Secret Service members should they tell anyone about the savescumming. He refuses to change his normal routine or take any additional security measures.
Agent 47 is NOT aware of the savescumming, but he'll try a different assasaination method each time.
