in order to receive the advertised price of a car, the dealer said we had to finance through their bank of choice: santander. horrible business practices but we did it. i told the salesperson we needed our registration soon and they said no problem. after weeks i called the sales manager back and he behaved inappropriately, to put it mildly and said we were sol. only the accounts receivable assisted us to find the purchase and get the registration processed - 2 days later.

for the santander loan, we were able to pay off quick and even had a return coming back to us for overpayment, we received a small check (5 months after pay-off) but it didnt seem correct to me. the other issue was the release of our title. they held the title for 9 months. and said that it was released but the DMV records still showed a lien. it was an endless loop and trap of incompetence.

it was only after i filed a complaint with BBB that actual progress started. santander response was that they issued two refunds, only then did we realize they owed us more money! and after immense pressure they finally sent our title but to a wrong address and thankfully that company forwarded it to us.

after i told the CSR about the BBB complaint today, it was explained i would receive a check in 7-10 days.

i believe santander reps are told to keep status vague in hopes customers do not discover their true accounting. i also believe that for market valuation they hold titles in order to inflate their books.

how are they able to operate with such malicious practices?

we saved all our pennies to move up lol, and now we have built our beach house in a community full of rich entitled unhappy, uncreative, bored adults gossiping a$$holes. ugh these people are gross.

people with money and false sense of entitlement suck! nobody picks up trash or cares about the environment, the community, or the bees. its just me me me mine mine mine. waste water, run generator at 6am, eat sausage and flick your cigarettes. run a fake non-profit and live off your grant. i see you.

now they are asking why we havent invited them over for housewarming and why we go back to our old neighborhood to enjoy our old neighbors.

i really dont like these people but ill take the energy and use it for good things

we built a new house in the desert. i am burying all our food scraps all over the yard thinking i am enriching the very sandy soil. i dont want to start a formal compost and i have seen several youtubes

i brought in the local ranch manure and things are growing nicely, the old ground is eating up the compost. scraps are gone in a couple of weeks.

is this a bad idea ?
