Why does Riot allow players to have alt accounts or smurfs, even more for streamers?
I was watching some videos from Zwag, he managed to get to Challenger playing Xerath so he is a really good player. Every now and then he has some videos about getting 1000 stacks on nasus or veigar or goes ap soraka or leona mid or something strange like that, where he stomps going like 20/1.
I was assuming the opponents weren't that good because it was probably a normal game where matchmaking was looser or different mmr.
I decided to search the names of the other players and they are not even level 30 yet. He is playing on a different smurf account and stomping every game. Making it very unenjoyable for other people and basically making his stomps also rather meh.
Why are players allowed to do this? Even make a livelihood out of this... How are new players supposed to join the game?
Can't Vanguard let riot identify this type of alt accounts and just issue bans?
Is this something Riot actually encourages?
