At first, I really didn't care for this episode. All the relatives we've never heard of before or since, and Patti LuPone's slightly over the top performance, etc.

I started to skip it during my multiple rewatches, but recently I've really come to appreciate it much more.

It's becoming one of my favorite episodes:
