*After and then before

Had an opportunity to redo our tv room and decided to go with a projector and fixed screen.

I already had the Arc Ultra and Era 300's, it all just works so why change it? Partially enclosing the room definitely helped with acoustics and really happy with the overall sound.

Setup

  • Arc Ultra
  • Era 300's for rears
  • Sub Gen 2 and Gen 3 (sonosequencr)
  • DengBei S7 Ultra Max
  • Silver Ticket High Contrast 128" screen.

I did all the other work in the room, really happy with how it turned out.

Side note, really liking Sonosequencr. I am fairly tempted to try Era 100's as right and left channels, but will probably leave it as-is for now.

Open Concept theatre build with some before pictures.

Hey all, using some existing things I had, mostly the Sonos system, I redid my basement area to still maintain the open concept of the room but added some rear walls for better surround placement and acoustic separation.

Setup information

  • DengBei S7 Ultra Max
  • SilverTicket High Contrast Screen (128")
  • Sonos Arc Ultra
  • Sonos Sub (2x)
  • Sonos Era 300's

Velvet Blackout Curtains
SelectBlinds Complete Blackout shade (Not shown in picture)

Super happy with the projector, it's bright enough to easily use in daytime and has a really great picture.

Despite not having huge towers and center channel, the Sonos system works really well and I have no complaints. I'm sure I'll see some comments here giving otherwise, and while the room is prewired if I ever do go a different solution, I have no intent to change this any time soon.
