A54 heats up when connecting to mobile data and doesn't connect to signal?
So, I've had this phone for like 3 years still. in the 1.5 years, i stopped using it for mobile data because
it literally heats up to 100 Celsius whenever i turn on the mobile data function. i know because i put a droplet of water on it, and it quite literally started to bubble up!
the signal bars vanish when i turn on mobile data. it becomes no signal sign when my other phone clearly shows 4G and 5G signal using the same telecom provider.
I've asked the samsung help centre and they're saying they have to do a diagnostics and do a factory reset on the phone and it costs 300 bucks just to find out what it is (not including repair costs wtf). i have a lot of things backed up and i'd like to not spend 300 bucks on a dead end.
anyone got any previous experiences with this as well?
