Hello, we are looking for an additional roommate to join an existing house of currently 4 male roommates. The additional roommate will get a private bedroom. House is 5 bed/2 bath with fully furnished living space (TV, sofas/tables, game consoles, etc), two kitchens (everything you would need), and some outdoor space. It is about a 5 minute walk to campus and < 5 min walk to PMU/Target. Rent is 930/month and utilities are ~70/month divided.
