He was doomed from the start
If you're unaware about the current situation, check Specalopescanon's thread about Jorge Chisi on X.
Many Aiden fans were excited about the fact Aiden was in the FvF season, the implications he'd be getting a villain arc and the possible concepts they've made. All of that anticipation for what? He got eliminated early (saved by a sudden game twist), had an overall horrible arc during his time with the fans and couldn't get his act up, continuously believing Alec's lie, had a mediocre elimination after NINA who came out of nowhere gave a bad score just because.
Even the people who dislike Aiden can recognize that the elimination was dogshit, and it was all on purpose. Just because Jorge thought the VA is egotistical, he completely threw his character out of the window all over his own feelings of Aiden. It is honestly disheartening that this is the people in the writing team, deciding how a character goes and letting their emotions about someone's VA or the character themselves get to them and completely affect their reputation.
I've talked about a handful of times that Aiden didn't seem like himself, he isn't all sunshine and kindness, sure. But he began acting like Riya 2.0 with how snobbish he came off, his moves were questionable and honestly i didn't see him pairing with Ara and Finn of all people. He doesn't feel like the same character, but people have said he's basically just the same.
This controversy had solidified my belief that he was mischaracterizing him to not only fuel the unserious villain plot he had, but also make the Aiden hate train grow. And it had grown a lot since, though it'd come to a halt eventually. It feels like a non-stop hate train that just feels nauseating after each ride, i tried playing it off with the Aiden slander and all but i genuinely felt that he wasn't acting like himself. That he didn't feel the same, and this had made me believe he just changed him to be more "whiny and egotistical" because he knows how easy it is to get people to dislike Aiden.
I'm probably looking too deep into this, but i just feel so much intense emotion about how things could've been with my favorite character. Even if he was am early boot, even if he ended up hated anyway. They still could've done something meaningful. He used his own personal likes and dislikes to affect how this season would go, we lost the possibility of a phenomenal beginning for FvF. And it hurts me to see after i really look back into it, but overall. Don't forget to show support to those who were affected by this controversy, as they're the ones most affected by this shitshow.
This shouldn't be put under the rug, real people were affected. This isn't just some nothing burger (targeted) nor is this about just the characters, using your position to write a show according your liking is disgusting, making people do things they're clearly not comfortable with is revolting. He spent tons of money for a chance to get Tristan in just for all of it to go to waste just because Jorge happened to dislike the VA wants to improve Tristan's character, it's an absolute let down and most importantly misleading.
