Family Hub making a chime/noise constantly, even when restarted

Description: The Family Hub is sounding a jingle every few seconds regardless of my interactivity with the screen/hub. The sound is emitting directly from the speakers constantly, not stopping. Video Proof: https://files.catbox.moe/5k7nii.mov (Fridge was at 41°F while making this noise, we turned it down and it kept making the noise)
Things I have tried: Interacting with the screen, such as changing the temperature to be colder or turning down the volume via the control center, does not work; Restarting the device or leaving it off for 5 minutes or more does not work.
