I am 191cm. This is a L frame.

A friend sold me this bike. Not sure if I should go for a XL frame. I put the saddle all the way back on the frame. In the video the frame looks super tiny. It was shot on wide angle maybe that makes it even worse.

Not 100% happy, on longer rides I get lower back pain. What are your thoughts?
