Non steroid alternatives to nasal sprays?

Hi, I’m just wondering people’s experiences regarding different nasal sprays. As it turns out taking Omnaris Nasal spray for years has drastically decreased my eyesight, my eye doctor recommended getting off them completely.

The nose/throat specialist I’ve been going to essentially told me there weren’t many other options for me yesterday after I went through many of the other steroid nasal sprays (although they’re the only ones that actually keep the swelling down from my experiences). Ryaltris has been the absolute worse from my experience though.

Has anyone ever transitioned to or found a nasal spray that doesn’t contain a steroid in it that actually helps them with their chronic rhinosinusitis?

Literally any advice would be appreciated.

Available study spots at night?

Hi! I’ve been studying quite extensively these past few days due to an upcoming exam, a lot of the times I end up finishing around 12am.

Due to personal reasons I’m unable to study in my room atm, and was wondering if there are any quiet study areas past 6:30 PM on campus (when the library closes) that anyone knows about. I’ve been trying to find places that don’t close too early and aren’t too hot (the tunnels feel very stuffy and uncomfortable) so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

ASLA 1010-K or FILM 1101-A?

I have room for one extra elective and both of these courses are ones I’ve been interested in taking. Does anyone have any experience with either?

Josee-Anna Tanner is the ASLA prof and Jake Pitre is the prof for FILM.

Because I already have an interest in both courses, I want to know if there are any obvious caveats with either or if one is significantly more difficult than the other. I’m leaning towards ASLA because of the social aspect of it, but honestly FILM seems slightly easier? Any opinions are welcome.
