Had a question for anyone that has RMA'd a device to Analogue. Did you just send the device or did you send it packed in the original box, with cables, etc? I can't imagine they would want or need anything but the console but figured I would ask!
Went to play my Mega SG today and am having a very odd issue with mine. It powers on and brings up main menu (run cartridge, tools, etc) but I cannot select any of the menu options because the buttons do not respond. I tried with the two wireless 8bitdo controllers I have and an actual Genesis controller. They all do the same thing; can navigate up and down to highlight menu options but buttons do not do anything.
Firmware was the latest official firmware, so I tried the latest jailbreak. It successfully applied, but the behavior is the same. Anyone seen this before?
