I read yesterday that VHI’s only psychiatrist has left and no sign of him being replaced. Lots of kids are now without repeat prescriptions for their ADHD meds.

My son has ADHD, diagnosed by this service. He’s not medicated yet as we feel he’s a bit young (7) but it’s something we may want to pursue in the future, maybe when he’s 9.

Could anyone advise of anyplace at all except CAMHS (I’ve heard horror stories) that would take on a child client and prescribe meds, then offer shared care with our GP?

My car is 19 years old and going grand. But it looks awful because of all the dents and scratches on nearly every panel. Any leads on an inexpensive panel beater/scratch fixer? Preferably in Cork city south side but open to travel about 20 km. Thanks

Does anyone know how long UCC graduations last? And what I’m supposed to do beforehand? My graduation will start at 12.30. Should I be there at 12 or before that? Where do I get the robe? And are there photographers on campus on the day, for the official photos? I’m planning to go for a meal with my family after my graduation, what time should I book it for?

Hi, I’m a civil servant hired before April 2004. So my pension is a defined benefit scheme. I don’t have a private pension. I’m 45 and work part time.

Is it possible to max out or pay more into my civil service pension or do I need to take out a private pension in order to do that?

What pub/nightclub in Cork is nostalgic for you? Mine was the Maltings pub then into the Grapevine club (late 90’s)…
