Since the tours ongoing now, has anyone been able to transfer their tickets from one Ticketsmaster account to another? Need to pass a ticket to my brother, but transfer is unavailable still. I can sign in on his phone or whatever, just inconvenient. Maybe it's just blocked for Glasgow?
