Took about two hours. Though part of that time was deciphering what hardware was actually for the boards I installed. I guess rhino just sends all the directions and hardware for all the different variants... Not cool. Also directions were just photocopied or printed and obviously the box was left in the rain somewhere.

I'm happy with the looks and functionality for now. What do you all think?

NY strips I cut from a roast (unfortunately my knife skills need honing) fwd seared on the Weber slate then smoked on the kettle over B&B briquettes and applewood. I was surprised at the edge to edge doneness. Hopefully the better cuts I made out of the roast in my freezer will come out just as good.

Cooked over B&B briquettes and some apple wood. Forward sear pulled at 140F. Pretty good could probably have pulled earlier, though still juicy.
