i just lost a special pet

i had a couple of little acquarium shrimps, the only female had just developed eggs and was about to have them fertilized, i searched for her and didnt find her. i look inside the water filter hoping i wont see anything but i did, i saw pieces of her floating. im destroyed and feel horrible. im sorry if this isn't as serious of a post as the other ones on this subreddit.

weird sudden lateral growth(?)

what is this lateral growth? could it be molting?

pH 7.8-8.0
GH 250 mg/L

i have to say that a very tiny ammonia spike happened recently

I have a Behringer UMC22, I downloaded it's driver from the official website too but whenever i try using it as an input within fl studio i always get this error.
I tried so many things but nothing solved the problem, did anyone face this issue?
