I did a break on fanatics live of Topps Chrome Black and received a Hyeseong Kim /5 Red Auto. All autos that come in Chrome Black Hobby Boxes are encased. When I got the card I took it off the case to grade and I noticed smudges and finger prints on the back. Front looks clean but no way would the back be considered a 10 and now there’s no reason to grade it. I submitted a defective submission and got denied. I don’t understand how Topps QC let a /5 auto get that way. To me this is a big card. I submitted another a submission with a little more detail. Any help guys?
