While shooting my Zastava M83, I started to encounter a problem where the cylinder would lock up and the cylinder release would not disengaged the cylinder and allow it to swing out to the side. After cycling the gun with double action or single action, I find that it is very sparse and unpredictable on whether or not it will actually rotate the cylinder. Could you guys help identify potential causes? Also, I know that this specific handgun can be particularly hard to find parts for in the US. How hard is this to fix, if at all. And also, what would be a realistic cost?
