So I recently bought an extruder attachment for my KitchenAid. First attempt did not go well as I used my standard pasta recipe, same one I use for rolled pasta. After some research, I discovered that for extruded pasta you can't use eggs. I've now tried two other times with water only, and also after acquiring some semolina rimacinata which was recommended. Still no joy. Mixed it to a ratio and consistency of wet sand, which was recommended, and still can't get it to go through the extruder. Any tips or tricks anyone can offer?

Haven't had dim sum in AGES so three of us are going out for some tonight. We would like to do the authentic cart experience. We've read that Canton House and Royal China are good, but any other suggestions or things we need to be aware for a Saturday evening? TIA

I almost feel like I'm losing my mind, lol. I was stationed in Germany with the Army then and saw them live with a buddy. I couldn't recall exactly where it was, so I looked up the tour dates from then (Invisible Touch tour). Thing is, where we saw them was definitely NOT in any of the venues listed that I can find. This was outdoors, just in a big field, NOT in any type of stadium. All the listed dates are in stadia. Anybody have any clue?

I recently bought a quantity of chopped chunks of pork ribs from a local Carniceria to use in my Sunday sauce, but now I have a couple pounds left. What to do with them? Can't really grill or smoke them being chopped. Have made ribs in our InstantPot before, but looking for other ideas.

Was trying to do some work on my set for this weekend today, and suddenly, the program locks up after playing for a minute or two once the controller is connected. Behavior has been repeated six or seven times. Tried swapping out the USB cable, no joy. I've restarted the computer numerous times, basic maintenance on the computer, nothing helps. Any suggestions?

63yo male with a 33yo daughter who has somehow been sucked into a racist cult. She went off to live in this community about 1.5 yrs ago, but recently decided she and her loser/deadbeat boyfriend are moving elsewhere. She came to visit this weekend and I basically threw her out of my house when she flat out said that people of color are simply inferior due to their DNA. Literal textbook definition of racist. This is NOT something she could have ever gotten from me as I don't share any views even remotely close to that. Anybody ever dealt with something similar and have any suggestions on how to get through this awful brainwashing she's undergone? Hate to think I've lost a daughter for good, but may have to accept that is the case. TIA.
