We fight zombies once a month in Wisconsin

If anybody is in the Midwest and has ever been interested in LARPing, Dystopia Rising Live: Wisconsin is a weekend-long post-apocalyptic zombie horror LARP only a few hours from Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee, etc.

I tried to make LARP combat look as cool as it feels [Dystopia Rising Live: Wisconsin]

I've recently taken on the position of marketing for my branch of Dystopia Rising, and part of that has been trying to put together shorts and reels for Instagram. Something I've noticed is that I can film a fight for 30-60 minutes and I'm lucky if 10% of it is usable and looks cool. Most of our LARP combat (lightest touch) is pretty uninteresting to watch even though it feels super intense and fun in the moment because of the fiction and rules around the fighting.

Usually good footage only in small 5-10 second clips, so I tried to cut them together, replace all the audio and add effects or foli from other clips that fit the vibe. I think it's pretty good for my first go. Next I'd like to try and make something to get across the appeal of LARP to theater folks or more story-focused roleplayers since that is also a large group of people I think would love the hobby. Anybody have ideas or examples?
