I know I likely can't use exclusively Canadian products but looking for a good recipe for homemade alternative to clif bars. I'm at a loss after oats and packed in Canada peanut butter.

I'm in winlaw and the bumblebees usually go nuts when the foxglove blossoms but this year there are none, zero, nada. Anyone else notice their absence?.
