Hello! I am a returning GM as it has been almost 5 years since I last GM'd, or was a player, and I am looking to get back into the fold.

Lv 2 start, 1 multiclass max
Low progression with magical items to supplement along with a rework to the attunement system
Alll skills will matter
There will be race limitation, though some new ones are add in
The campaign will be on weekends using PST timezone, weekly, and will last for at least 3 hours per session. It will be a more serious, though not monotone, setting with a focus on the possibility that anything can happen. Discord will be used and an yet-to-be-determined software for dice/maps. Pagaia; Echoes from the Other Side
The Valley of Ashes is a relatively peaceful lowland that holds the remains of a fallen empire. Unrelenting monsters of green, restless dead, and endless bandits threaten the last bastion of civilization. Nobles of new and old fill any form of government and compete to rebuild their own power. The king of old over a millennium ago, the man who slayed the gods, was the last of the royal family. Death of these gods led to The Flood, as what once was a stabilized essence of magic lead to their blood seeping into the world. Mana has become a solid form, liquid, with its excess leading to storms and lakes of mana. Generations lived on and adapted to this new climate, with magical essence mixing with every living creature.
