i applied for this cc on 1st oct and had the vkyc complete the same day, after the vkyc was completed, it showed me that the application was rejected on the website but i talked with customer support and from tracking the status i still have it here and the customer support agent also told me that it is processing but, it still isn't budging, the status is stuck here and they tell me to wait, idk why is there delay, my cibil is 780+, i emailed them and the reply there also was that it is under review and there has been no more updates since then, what should i do?
