Goedemorgen, ik ben opzoek naar een betrouwbare en zuinige auto die wat langere afstanden kan maken (70km) per dag. Budget rond de €8000. Weet iemand van jullie wat?

I have trouble finding the right rhythm for my combinations. I’ve been boxing for about two years now, but not consistently because I’m busy with work. I love the sport and want to train more often.

My jab and cross are pretty good, and countering with a lead hook also feels natural. However, I want to become faster and throw more explosive, technical combinations.

I’m 192 cm tall and weigh around 115 kg. I know speed and long combinations are generally more important for lighter fighters, but I’d still like to develop that part of my game.

At my gym, we mostly work on the 1-2 and the lead hook, and sometimes uppercuts, but we rarely train the rear hook because it’s a big shot that can leave you exposed if you miss.

Do you guys have any tips on how to become more creative with combinations and improve my hand speed? Any drills, exercises, or advice would be appreciated.
