I just got layoff last week I was working as sqa engineer with manual + little bit of automation here there I have 5 years of experience now I'm thinking should I look into another role like cloud engineering?

I was preparing for sdet currently learning playwright should I invest my time because right now I'm in survival mode and I will start grinding as soon I get my mind clear from confusion should I prep for sqa automation is that still valuable career or completely change my role into cloud engineering I know I have to start my career from scratch but that's the sacrifice I'm willing to make for better future. Please all you suggestions would be very helpful for me. Thanks
