how do you guys manage multiple tiktok and IG accounts?

how do you guys handle having bunch of accounts on IG and tiktok when youre trying to grow them at the same time? i have a few accounts that im trying to build, but to be honest its getting hard to keep up with all of them. i usually post consistently, sometimes even similar content across the accounts, but the views are still really low, do you guys change the content for every account, or is reposting the same content okay?? also curious if theres anything specific you do to get a new account moving when it feels like the posts are getting almost no reach...

is leasing devices actually worth it?

we've always bought laptops, but im starting to wonder if that still makes sense when your team is spread across different countries, buying straightforward, but then you have to deal with shipping devices around, replacements, storing old laptops, repairs, and getting everything back when someone leaves. leasing seems like it could make things simpler, but im not sure if the extra cost is worth it. wondering what other companies are doing, do you guys prefer owning or leasing, especially with a remote/global team??

HR gave us 2 days to get a new hire ready

HR told us about new hire 2 days before they were due to start. so now were rushing around trying to get a laptop, monitor, accessories, shipping, accounts, and everything else sorted, and frustrating part is that if something isnt ready on their first day, IT is usually the first place people look. i know hiring can move quickly, but 2 days makes it a little hard to get everything right, especially if the person is remote. how your IT teams deal with this guys?? do they have a process for last minute hires, or do you just scramble and hope everything arrives on time??
