Hello, I’m trying to get the word out that there is now a group in Arkansas made for those who appreciate our 200+ native fish species within the state! Currently it’s just an instagram and discord, you can find under Akansea Anglers, and while it is not the largest of groups at the moment our main goal is to be able to spread awareness about what lives in the rivers and streams within the natural state. Just to show what lives here, here is a picture of a strawberry darter, a fish only found within the state.
