Built a SaaS product for small business people who runs on whatsapp orders

I have built a Saas product to manage whatsapp orders

This is not a fancy product with tons of feature and making users blank in some stage and charging more for unused features

Whatsorder is simple , easy to use and mainly for small business people with limited and required features.

As order volume grows, it becomes difficult to track payments, manage customer chats, and sometimes even orders get missed.

To solve this, I built WhatsOrder — a simple tool that adds powerful business features to your existing WhatsApp Business account.

With WhatsOrder, you can:

• Manage orders in one place, automatically send order status to customer

• Send template & broadcast messages

• Share product catalogues and customer can place orders directly

• Track payments and order status

• Separate personal and business chats

**Best part — you can continue using your regular WhatsApp mobile app alongside WhatsOrder.**

Setup takes just 2 minutes.

Visit the site and give it a try and provide me feedback.

Currently I have some customers who have onboarded and some people agreed to use it but yet to onboard.

I am building a WhatsApp order manager for Indian small businesses

I have built a WhatsApp order manager for small businesses in India

I kept seeing my friends small businesses struggle with managing orders on WhatsApp—everything is manual, messy, and once volume increases, it becomes hard to track anything. They were asking me to develop a simple tool to manage orders, so I thought instead of building an on-premise tool it would be better if it is a SaaS product and its tenant based.

So I built WhatsOrder — a simple SaaS tool to organize and manage WhatsApp orders without changing how businesses already work.

Instead of replacing WhatsApp, it works alongside it (coexistence model). You can still use your WhatsApp Business app while WhatsOrder handles the backend via API.

Setup is simple: Takes \~2 minutes to connect your existing WhatsApp Business number using Facebook embedded signup.

What it does:

Central chat inbox

Convert messages into trackable orders

Auto-send order updates to customers

Basic analytics

Product catalogue

Message templates

Private chat filtering

It's live now and would genuinely love feedback. Right now it is completely free.

If you’re using WhatsApp for business, what’s the biggest pain point you face while managing orders?

Happy to add features based on real use cases

Right now I am struggling with marketing and also need people who can try it out and give me feedback so that I can improve on it
