Anyone switched from a basic 660/850 panel to a multi-wavelength device? Worth it?
I bought the Gerylove AP600 (10 wavelengths). Now I'm wondering if 660nm/850nm would have been enough?

I started looking into red light therapy a while ago as a simple addition to my recovery routine. After reading some discussions, I tried a home-use device from Gerylove.

I usually use it in the evening while relaxing. The setup was simple, and it’s easy enough to keep using regularly.

I’ve also had my dog nearby during sessions (just observing, being cautious).

Has anyone here been using red light therapy for a while? I’m curious how others fit it into their routine.
Has anyone else tried red light therapy for their pets long-term?
