Celvana Panels

There's not a lot of info out there on this brand but I found them through Gemini AI. I just ordered their horizontal stand and 1500 panel for a little under $900. They offer a 90 day free return on the panel and a 3 year warranty. It's a relatively new company but the panels are supposedly built in the same factory as all the other big brands in Shenzhen. I guess I'll give a review in a few months but I'm curious if anyone else here has used them?

Are the $1k+ RLT panels actually worth it?

Genuinely curious because I'm struggling to understand the price difference.

I've seen panels for a few hundred dollars and then others that are well over $1,000. Obviously there are differences in size and specs, but at some point I'm wondering what you're actually paying extra for.

Clevana?

Looking to get a first red light panel. Mito is naturally at the top of the list but I was also looking at a Clevana xt900. The website is currently discounting it to $499 while a similar mito panel is $1169. I realized the Mito panel has more LEDs, but that's a significant cost difference. My ultimate goal is to have my wife use it as an adjunct to her osteoporosis treatment, which leads me to wonder if I wouldn't be better off with a Mito red light belt to target her hips and spine. Thoughts and guidance would be appreciated!

Best FDA approved red light therapy panel?

We’re upgrading from a basic Amazon panel. Trying to figure out if FDA cleared actually matters or if they're all basically the same.

Looking for good irradiance without crazy EMF. Shortlisted RLT Home, PlatinumLED, Rouge, Care, and Mito Panel but not sure which one is actually worth it.

Anyone used any of these for joint or nerve pain?

Optimal mix of emitters (660nm + ___ )?

I'm looking into configuring a 'spot' therapy flashlight, and I was wondering what is the optimal mix of 3-4 emitters?

From my understanding, only 660nm and 850nm is effective.

Is there an optimal ratio to mix them in?

5 months difference!

Mostly PIE/PIH. I used my ulike LED mask 3–4x a week with azelaic acid + tranexamic acid. No procedures

I want to be one of those annoying red-light converts, but I’m not there yet

I keep seeing people get genuinely excited about doing red light at home for their skin, and I want to understand what separates “this is part of my routine now” from “expensive thing I used for two weeks.” The part I’m skeptical about isn’t even the dramatic before/after stuff. It’s consistency. If I add something to my evening skincare routine, now I’m thinking about clean skin, timing, eye protection, sitting there long enough, and remembering to do it again tomorrow. That’s a lot more friction than putting on moisturizer and going to bed. I also feel like immediate post-session glow gets talked about way more than boring changes tracked over time. For people who stuck with at-home red light, what made you decide it was actually earning a place in your routine instead of just being a nice ten minutes under a light?

Can anyone vouch for Sunplus/Redfy? Thinking of getting the RT1000PRO over Idealight's RLPRO200. Why or why not?

Originally meant to order the Idealight RLPRO200 but came across this brand for much cheaper and more LEDs. I also read that the red light is underpowered in the Idealight panels vs. the NIR.

Has anyone tried ordering from Sunplus/Redfy? How was your user experience and have you had it for long?

Best red light therapy device?

Hey everyone! I've been looking into red light therapy lately and there are so many brands that it's honestly hard to tell what's actually worth the money.

I'm mainly looking for something with good value rather than the most expensive option. I'm open to panels or full-body mats if they're genuinely worth it.

If you've bought one, what did you go with? How much did you pay, and do you feel it was worth the price? Any brands you'd recommend—or avoid?

Edit: Thanks for all the suggestions! I ended up ordering a full-body mat from Wondear after comparing a bunch of options. It seemed like the best balance of price and features for what I was looking for. I'll update this post once I've had some time to use it.

Omnilux Labor Day Sale?

I swear that yesterday, 8/17, I either saw an ad or received an email from Omnilux that had Labor Day Sale prices and that on their website, the Contour was about $295, which is an incredibly good price. Now I’m not seeing it anywhere. Am I crazy? Did I dream it?

LED mask before or after skincare? Dry skin users please help

I‘m a little confused about the correct LED mask routine.

The official recommendation for my ulike mask is: cleanse → LED mask → skincare. I understand the logic, but my skin is very dry, and doing a full 10-15 minute session on completely bare skin feels uncomfortable. Sometimes my face feels so dry that I swear I can see fine lines afterward.

But I’ve seen other people using a facial mist, hydrating toner, or even sheet mask before/during LED.

So what‘s the actual best practice? Does adding some hydration before LED affect the light treatment?

I keep seeing red light everywhere and still don’t get the middle part

I feel like red light therapy explanations always have a missing chapter. One sentence is basically “specific light is used on the skin,” then suddenly the next sentence is wavelengths, timing, distance, and people comparing months of routines. I get that it isn’t the same thing as turning a regular lamp red, but what I’m missing is the simple middle step between light reaching the skin and whatever people are hoping to track over time.

Also, why does consistency seem to matter so much if the whole thing is just light exposure? I’m not looking for a device recommendation or a list of skin promises because that’s honestly what made this confusing in the first place.

If you had to explain what red light therapy is doing to someone without using marketing language or turning it into a biology lecture, what’s the simplest explanation that is still basically accurate?

hooga NIR vs regular RLT for face?

Has anyone compared / can anyone compare Hooga’s NIR vs just regular red light setting for the face (wrinkles, acne, pigmentation, etc)? I have the ultra360 and found a few great b&as but it seems like everyone used the NIR combo.

Best LED Mask for both acne and fine lines?

For someone dealing with recurring adult breakouts and early fine lines, is a mask with red and blue light more useful than a red-only device?

I am trying to understand if using one device for different concerns is practical or whether separate products make more sense.

Finally received my M350 red light panel from Alibaba !

Paid around 700$ total (93 shipping and around 120 taxes) I asked for it to be customised Dual-chip, 6-band (660+850/600+830/630+810) as it was what people recommended on here which made it a bit more expensive.

This is the link: https://www.alibaba.com/x/1lB5srH?ck=pdp

Candace was super helpful if you have the opportunity to choose your contact !

What do you wish you knew before buying your first RLT panel?

If you could go back to when you bought yours, what would you actually pay attention to ?
