Clevana?

Looking to get a first red light panel. Mito is naturally at the top of the list but I was also looking at a Clevana xt900. The website is currently discounting it to $499 while a similar mito panel is $1169. I realized the Mito panel has more LEDs, but that's a significant cost difference. My ultimate goal is to have my wife use it as an adjunct to her osteoporosis treatment, which leads me to wonder if I wouldn't be better off with a Mito red light belt to target her hips and spine. Thoughts and guidance would be appreciated!

Algecal alternatives

So I'm looking for an appropriate supplement for osteoporosis. Algaecal comes up constantly when looking at this, but I was wondering if there are alternatives that provide the same benefits. It seems that a lot of the hype behind Algaecal may have of boosted its prices and there are other supplements that seem to be very similar at about half the price. I've looked at New Chapter Bone Strength, Nature's Way Alive, Garden of Life and Jarro Formula Bone Up. Does anybody have any experience with these or any comments on the idea of taking Algaecal or its alternatives?

Red light therapy

Has anybody used red light therapy to treat their osteoporosis? If so, if you used it with any other treatments? If there's a particular device you like, could you tell me what it is? Just diagnosed and really trying to avoid some of the toxic chemicals that are out there.

The Holy Trinity on shuffle

My top three Prog artists are Steve Wilson, Peter Gabriel, and David Bowie (yes Bowie). I have their entire catalogs and what I've done is I put them in a file and put the file on shuffle. I've been able to listen to little else for 3 months. For those of you who have these three artists, I recommend giving this a try. It's ultimately quite mind-blowing!

Quiet without static

Looking for a $150 or below coffee grinder that is relatively quiet and more importantly to not generate a lot of static in the grounds. I only do trips so espresso isn't an issue. Recommendations please?

Decades of mix

I stopped listening to Bowie after Diamond Dogs because of my experience at his concert supporting the album. I caught him in transition to the cabaret show and stylistic or not it was a bad night. Of course I heard Bowie over the years on the radio but never really paid much attention.

About 6 months ago I caught a Bowie bug and downloaded all of his albums after Diamond Dogs. I've been blown away by what I've been missing, but the interesting thing about it is I'm not listening to albums, I'm listening to the mix. It's obviously a very different way than most people listen to Bowie and except for Station to Station and Earthling, I can't really identify any of the songs with the albums.

It's really a great experience because the flow of the songs is always a surprise and it doesn't give me the ability to hate or love any particular album. I recommend trying it. Put all of your Bowie albums on mix and it becomes a very different experience.
