Are there employers here using global payroll for remote hires?

We’re a small remote company with team members in a few different countries. Instead of setting up local entities, we went the global payroll or eor route.

It’s actually been pretty smooth so far because payroll runs fine, compliance isn’t on our plate, and hiring across borders feels way easier.

That said, I’m wondering what we’re not seeing yet like for the long term. For founders using an eor, were there any surprises like costs stacking up or legal gray areas?

Would love real world feedback.

What's the best crypto lending platform for earning interest on holdings?

I got BTC and ETH sitting in cold storage and want to earn some yield on them without taking crazy risk.

Looking for platforms that actually pay out interest consistently and won't freeze my account.

Need something with real regulatory compliance, transparent terms, and actually processes withdrawals

What are you guys actually using?

Best global payroll software for scaling teams across multiple countries?

I've tested a few payroll platforms as we've expanded internationally. Curious what actually works for other teams.

Deel - 8 months across Mexico and Philippines. Contractor payments smooth but support gets backed up. Works fine for straightforward stuff.

Remote.com - 6 months with UK and Canada. Polished but pricey. Support is consistent at least.

Rippling - Using now for US team. Good for HRIS but international payroll feels incomplete.

Guidepoint - Tried briefly for Europe. Compliance is thorough but platform is clunky.

Which payroll software have you actually stuck with and what's the real day-to-day experience managing international payroll?

Looking for actual experiences.

US startup hiring in Latin America via employer of record - is this stable long-term?

We're a 15-person US startup and want to hire developers in Brazil and Mexico. A few EOR providers have pitched us on handling payroll, compliance, and benefits while our team works directly for us.

From what I understand the EOR becomes the legal employer locally but the employee works for us day-to-day. Sounds good in theory but I'm not sure about long-term stability.

Questions:

- Is this a common way for US companies to hire in Latin America?

- Are there risks with using an EOR long-term vs setting up our own entity?

- How does compliance work if we later want to switch providers or set up our own company?

Would appreciate insights from anyone who's hired internationally this way.

Need advice about global payroll management

We’re hiring globally and already dreading payroll management. We're in US, Mexico, UK, Philippines, and planning to add more countries.

Each country has different tax laws, compliance requirements, payment methods, currencies. Managing payroll across all of them separately is going to be impossible at scale.

Has anyone found a global payroll platform that actually consolidates everything?

Or is managing payroll across multiple countries just inherently chaotic and manual?

Best crypto savings platforms for USDC and BTC yield

Trying to earn passive income on idle USDC and BTC instead of just letting them sit.

Looking at platforms like Nexo, Coinbase and Binance but APYs look good on paper and I care more about consistency and security than chasing the highest rate.

What platforms have been reliable for you like which ones actually deliver on yields without the risk?

Anyone wearing bikini style briefs these days? If so what brands?

Not trying to make this weird, keeping it SFW. I’ve been wearing 2(x)ist and Real Men bikini briefs for a while and like how minimal they feel, especially the lighter waistband.

Curious if anyone else wears this style and what other brands are worth trying for comfort and quality.
