SW999 Build + question about who to pull for (in body)

hii all! As a returning player, i have no other elation characters other than SW999 and Trailblazer, so i've saved up enough to pull for either Yao Guang, Nihilux, or Sparxie. Who should i go for? I have a built DHPT, and i also have Huo-Huo, if that helps
