I’ve been having this problem where my cyc drivetrain is moving a bit when I hit the throttle due to a faulty spacer. I fixed it significantly by glueing the spacer in place but there’s still some movement. There’s a extremely slight amount of movement

I went on a ride today and I noticed a massive thud every time I hit the throttle even lightly. I realized was the cyc motor slamming onto the frame. There appears to be a single connecting bolt that runs through both sides of the frame and drivetrain that is missing. Do you know guys know any place where I can find this part. Seems to be an easy fix. My dad said he would sell it if it ever ghad to go to the shop again.
Last week the chain on my bonnell broke and I couldn’t figure out how to put the chain back on my bike so I took it to a shop just to fit the chain back in. Now they called back and are saying I am missing a sprocket spacer and that’s why the chain broke. They are charging over 1000 for a custom spacer the bike seemed to be working fine besides the chain breaking beforehand. Is this a common issue or am I getting scammed. Thanks
I have g92 everything besides handbrake which is amazon aftermarket. How can I connect it when it doesn’t even show up as a button
Does anybody know how I can fix this. It doesn’t just make the noise from start it keeps on bumping whenever the chain spins
